1. Acceptance of Terms By connecting your Tesla vehicle to VoltBank, you agree to these terms. VoltBank is an independent service providing energy management solutions through the official Tesla Fleet API.

2. Battery Health & Integrity VoltBank prioritizes the longevity of your vehicle’s battery. Our algorithms focus exclusively on "Smart Charging Coordination" and strictly prohibit any form of battery discharge (Vehicle-to-Grid/V2G). VoltBank is not liable for the natural degradation of battery hardware.

3. Scope of Control VoltBank acts as a demand-side management tool. We align your charging schedule with grid efficiency signals. Users retain full control through the Tesla mobile app at all times.

4. Financial Gains & Contributions "Efficiency Gains" or "Resource Values" generated within the app represent the value of cost-avoidance. These values are tracked to support regional renewable energy projects. These do not constitute a direct financial investment product.

5. Limitation of Liability VoltBank is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Use of this service is at the user's discretion. We are not responsible for any modifications Tesla may make to their API or vehicle software.
