1. Data Collection We only collect the minimum telemetry data required for charging optimization via the Tesla Fleet API, including:

  • Vehicle Status (Charging/Idle)

  • State of Charge (SOC)

  • Regional Grid Location (for Amber Electric price synchronization)

2. Data Security VoltBank does not store your Tesla account credentials. All authentication is handled through Tesla’s official OAuth protocol. Data in transit is protected by AES-256 encryption.

3. Data Usage Your vehicle data is used solely for:

  • Optimizing charging schedules for grid stability.

  • Calculating environmental impact and resource values.

  • We never sell your data to third-party advertisers.

4. User Rights Users can disconnect their vehicle and request the deletion of their telemetry history at any time through the VoltBank settings or by revoking API access via their Tesla Account.
